The Appearance tab is where you brand your return portal — your store name, description, colour, and logo. These settings control how your portal looks to your customers.
Getting there
From the left-hand menu, click Configuration, select your merchant account, then open the Appearance tab. To start making changes, click Edit.
What you can customise
Store name — the name shown to customers on your return portal.
Description — a short description that appears alongside your store name.
Brand colour — sets the accent colour used across your return portal.
Logo and icon — your logo appears in the header of your return portal, and your icon appears on the launch button.
When you've finished, click Save to apply your changes.
