The launch button is the button customers click on your website to start a return. You can customise its shape, size, and colour from the Branding tab, and any changes are written into the code snippet you'll add to your site.
Getting there
From the left-hand menu, click Configuration, select your store, then open the Appearance tab. Scroll down to the Launch button section.
Customising the button
You can adjust three things:
Shape — pill, rounded, or rectangle.
Width and height — set the button size.
The button colour is set by adding a hex code to the snippet, and the icon is pulled through automatically from the one you've set in the Branding tab.
As you change these settings, the code snippet below updates automatically. That's the snippet you'll copy when adding the button to your website.
