How to create an integrated return via the admin dashboard

Learn how to create a return on behalf of your customer directly from your At Last dashboard.

Integrated returns pull order and customer details straight from your connected OMS (e.g. Shopify), so you don't have to enter them by hand.

Before you start

Make sure you have access to your At Last dashboard and the customer's order number.

Step 1: Go to "Create Return"

Log in at business.atlast.co. You can open Create from either the left-hand sidebar or the Returns page.

Step 2: Select the merchant and order number

Select your merchant account, enter the order number from your integrated OMS store, and click Lookup Order. This automatically pulls in the order and customer details.

Step 3: Select items to return

You'll see all items in the order. Select the one(s) you want to return. Any item that can't be returned shows "No remaining quantity eligible to return" — usually because a return and label have already been created for that product on this order.

Step 4: Choose a return reason

Select a reason based on what the customer has told you (for example, Too small). If product weights are set in Shopify, they're pulled in automatically — especially useful for international returns.

Step 5: Choose a shipping method

Select a return carrier. Your options depend on the services available to you. If you book a collection, you'll also be able to choose a collection date.

The customer's return address is pulled in automatically from your OMS. You can update it here on the customer's behalf if needed.

Step 6: Send return email (optional)

Choose whether to send the return label and QR code email to the customer. This is pre-ticked; untick it if you'd rather not send it, but note the customer then won't receive a return confirmation email from At Last.

Step 7: Create the return

Click Create Customer Return. Before confirming, you'll see the selected items, order number, shipping method, and expected refund total. Once created, a green success message appears at the top of the screen.

Step 8: View return details

Click View Return Details to open the return in your Returns tab. The customer also receives their return email, if you selected it.

What happens next

The return is now tracked in your dashboard, where you can manage QA, approve items, and issue refunds.
